Daniel is a German entrepreneur with two decades of experience in business structuring, compliance, and cross-border consulting. His sharp strategic mind meets hands-on execution – from European tech platforms to boots-on-the-ground logistics in South America. Daniel leads corporate development, finance, and international partnerships.

Dirk Simons
Field Operations & AI Systems
Dirk is a mechanical technician and hands-on field operations expert. He brings real-world experience in machine service, troubleshooting, and industrial support. With a background in customer care and technical education, he connects analog systems with digital tools. Dirk is responsible for field deployments, technician training, and technology integration.
